## Questions

> **What question types are available?**
>
> AgenSoal supports 17 question types: multiple choice, weighted multiple choice, multiple answers, true/false, complex true/false, short answer, complex short answer, essay, matching, word order, drag and drop, sequencing, complete letters, cloze multiple choice, drag-drop cloze, text highlight, listening fill-in, and figural. Each type is explained in [Question types](https://help.agensoal.com/en/question-bank/question-types.md).

> **Can one set mix question types?**
>
> Yes. A single question set can hold several types at once, for example multiple choice and essay.

> **What purposes can I choose when generating with AI?**
>
> Latihan Harian (daily practice), Formatif (PH), Sumatif (UTS/UAS), TKA, and Olimpiade/HOTS. See [How to create questions](https://help.agensoal.com/en/question-bank/create-questions.md).

> **Which file formats can be imported?**
>
> PDF, DOCX, TXT, JPG, and PNG. Photos are limited to 5 MB each. You can also import from a YouTube video or a public Google Form. See [Import questions](https://help.agensoal.com/en/question-bank/import-questions.md).

> **Can the AI output be wrong?**
>
> Yes. AI can make mistakes, so check the questions, answer keys, and explanations before publishing.

## CBT exams

> **How do I share an exam with participants?**
>
> Every exam has an access code and a link. Share them, and participants fill in their identity and start. See [Manage exams](https://help.agensoal.com/en/cbt-exams/manage-exams.md).

> **Can an exam have a password?**
>
> Yes. Fill in Password / Token Akses when publishing the exam. Participants must enter it before starting.

> **What is the difference between Exam Mode and Practice Mode?**
>
> Exam Mode: students take it once, then submit. Practice Mode: lives, instant feedback, and wrong answers repeated.

> **How do I prevent cheating?**
>
> Turn on Anti-Cheating (focus mode, fullscreen, window-switch detection), shuffle question order, shuffle answer options, or require Safe Exam Browser. See [Publish an exam](https://help.agensoal.com/en/cbt-exams/publish-exam.md).

> **Can I use a ready-made exam?**
>
> Yes. The Template Ujian menu has a catalog of ready-made exams you can copy and schedule. See [Exam templates](https://help.agensoal.com/en/cbt-exams/exam-templates.md).

## Credits and plans

> **Do AI credits expire?**
>
> No. Credits are bought once and can be used any time. See [Plans, AI credits, and balance](https://help.agensoal.com/en/plans-and-credits.md).

> **Do I need my own API key?**
>
> No. By default AgenSoal uses its own quota. A personal API key is optional. See [AI settings](https://help.agensoal.com/en/question-bank/ai-settings.md).
