# School Data

> School data summary, grade-entry progress, and quick actions.

The **Data Sekolah** (School Data) dashboard summarises the school profile and how complete the grade data is. The School Portal is part of the **Sekolah** add-on (see [Plans, AI Credits, and Balance](https://help.agensoal.com/en/plans-and-credits.md)).

## Summary

The top shows the school name and NPSN, then quick numbers: total study groups, total students, and the number of intracurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities.

## Data entry progress

Three progress bars show how complete the data is:

* **Nilai Akademik** (academic grades): assessments already entered.
* **Nilai Ekstrakurikuler**: students already graded.
* **Nilai Kokurikuler**: students already graded.

## Quick actions

| Button | Purpose |
| - | - |
| **Export Dapodik** | Export data in the Dapodik format |
| **Backup Data** | Back up the school data |
| **Import Data** | Import existing data |
