# Learning Classes

> Set up levels, grades, and groups for your own classes.

The **Kelas Belajar** (My Levels and Classes) menu sets up the class structure you teach.

## Class structure

Classes are organised in three layers: **level** (for example SMP or SMA), **grade** (for example X and XI, with a phase such as Fase E), and **class** or study group (for example X-A and X-B). The summary at the top shows the number of levels, grades, and active classes.

## Class quota

**Kuota Kelas Guru** shows classes used against the limit, plus remaining slots.

## Setting up classes

**1. Add a level**

Click **Tambah Jenjang** and choose the education level.

**2. Add a grade**

Click **Tambah Tingkat** inside that level.

**3. Add classes**

Create groups under the grade, for example X-A.

**4. Fill in the student list**

Student names are managed in the **Data Siswa** menu.

A level you no longer use can be removed with **Hapus Jenjang**.
