# Question Reports from Students

> Review problem reports on questions sent by exam participants.

Exam participants can report a problematic question, for example an empty answer option or a wrong answer key. Reports arrive in the **Laporan Soal** menu.

## What the page shows

Each report shows the exam name, question number, status, reporter, time sent, and the message. At the top is a count per status:

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Baru** (new) | The report has not been read |
| **Ditinjau** (under review) | Being checked |
| **Selesai** (done) | The problem has been handled |

Use the **Refresh** button to load the latest reports.

## Handling a report

**1. Open the report**

Note the reported exam and question number.

**2. Check the question**

Open the related question set and check the options, key, and explanation.

**3. Fix and mark done**

Once the question is corrected, change the report status to Selesai.
