AI credits

AI credits are used whenever you create questions with AI or import questions. The Generate Soal button shows how many credits it will use before you press it.
  • Credits are bought once and never expire.
  • Members receive bonus credits on every purchase.
  • Have a voucher or gift card code? Click Tukarkan (Redeem) to get bonus credits or activate an account.
Prices and credit amounts per package can change. Check the latest numbers on the Kelola Paket page.

Subscription plans

A Bundle combines several plans. The active plan is marked green, and Perpanjang (Renew) adds time without losing the remaining days.

Balance and auto-renewal

You can top up your balance once and have your plan renew automatically, without paying again each period. The balance can only be used inside AgenSoal and cannot be withdrawn as cash. If your plan does not support auto-renewal yet, the Kelola Paket page says so.

Billing history

The Riwayat Tagihan tab lists every plan purchase and credit top-up with date, amount, and status (successful or pending).
